Wow, we really love it when supermodels leave their house and step out into natural daylight. You don't look so camera ready now do ya Kate Moss? The "supermodel" was snapped leaving an offie in London after buying some fags and she looked like a haggard slapper. We're guessing she let out a huge fart and then made herself feel sick with the smell hence the pretty facial expression.
